Violet Processor Features

       Five Processing Sections:

 preheat, pre-wash, develop, wash and dryer

       

 User Interface: big display, easily controlled by six buttons

        

 Advanced Control: separated electronic and software control system, programmable micro-processing for setting all kinds of plates and requirements of chemicals processing parameters

 Chemicals Management: Dev. liquid can be auto-replenished according to actual plate size and chemicals usage time. Anti-oxydation design makes sure that dev. is active for long time. Filter removes dirt of chemicals and can be easily removed for cleaning

Advanced plate jam detection function and manual function of forward / backward plate after plate jam

High Quality of Processing: high volume Dev. tank and stepless speed adjustment, Φ54mm of chemical-proof roller. Different types of brush rollers for optional configuration, adapting to different types of plates

Energy Saving Design: sleep mode for auto energy saving, assuring rollers periodical and stable operation. Dual-direction, dual-loop design of high efficient hot air of dryer, auto gum recycle system

Optional Upgrading Function: optional conductivity sensor for real-time monitor of chemicals changing, optional re-wash cover. Removing preheat and pre-wash will make processor to normal thermal processor, saving purchase expense. Change connection interface to connect to CTP. Optional plate collection device.

Safety Measures: emergency stop button, dryer over-heat protection, low-level alarm of chemical in tank, interlock switch

Easy Maintenance: rollers, guides, brush rollers and anti-oxydation cover can be easily removed for maintenance or cleaning
